If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you receive a damaged or defective item(s), you can return the item(s) and get a full refund or exchange the item(s).  You can return an item(s) for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for return, an item must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

To begin the return process, simply send us an email at info@happyaire.com.  Include your order number, description of the item(s) you would like to return and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item(s) – i.e. wrong color, damaged, not happy with the item(s), etc.  We will email you a pre-paid USPS postage label and instructions.  Once we receive your return, we will send your new item(s) or issue a refund.  Depending upon payment method, it may take several days for your refund credit to be processed.

Did someone say spooky season? All I can say is we’re Halloween people. Around here, we love any excuse to dress up, laugh, and celebrate with family, friends, and of course, our dogs.
